This article is free to everyone. It really just describes an interview I recently had with Women’s Radio. But please consider a subscription to help me continue my writing. Subscriptions are only $5 per month for quality writing! Thank you very much!
On Tuesday, August 24, 2021, I was interviewed by Pat Lynch of Women's Radio to talk about my books, "Anastasia and The Ghostly Owl (The Choice Was Hers!)" and "Anastasia and The Ghostly Owl (The Sequel)". In the interview, I discuss writing and wanting to share my story. The stories are based on my own experiences of being an abused child. My goal is to inspire more people and to encourage hope for teenagers and up.
When you think about child abuse, remember that many of the women and men that are now speaking up have been abused in their past as a child or teenager. They have remained silent for many years because of the shame and guilt that they carried.
Pat is the Editor-in-Chief of Women's Radio at Women's Online Media and Education Network in Las Vegas, Nevada. Pat is dedicated to giving women a greater voice and encouraging them to speak up! She is an experienced leader and speaker on the value of entrepreneurship, opening the media to women's voices and creating communication bridges to the future. Pat also contributes her time to many non-profits such as the Cerebral Palsy Foundation, Muscular Dystrophy, and the American Heart Association.
